Stavros Kebab — Restaurant in Rochford

Order food on their website to then have a email to say that it’s been cancelled, no phone call. Call them up and rude woman told me that she “just takes the phone calls and it’s “nuttin” to do with her” I questioned why they are able to take the order when they know the postcode is undeliverable. She answered “well you’ll have it take it up with the manager” when I asked to speak to them “they ain’t here today”. I asked their names and she said “I dunno I don’t know their names, I just know their nick names”

Awful service and rude...

Don’t waste your money! Ordered a stavros special was £18 for Donna chicken lamb & salad, checked the bag… one pita bread!? Asked for another one, as my boyfriend and I were sharing. The owner came storming over and told us an extra pita bread would be £1 each. For all this meat that is clearly meant to be shared you only get one pita bread - JOKE. Staff were absolutely rude and stingy. But the food was disgusting and actually made us both ill this morning. Wish I just asked for our money back and gone...

Don’t waste your money, I used to have the kebabs from the van and never a problem but the restaurant is something else, the food was absolutely disgusting and needs to be condemned, the only fresh thing on my plate was the salad, ohh and the tea was fine but I will not be returning, this place actually give kebabs a bad name, I love a kebab but this has got to be one of the worst I have ever had, I also don’t normally write reviews but I felt this place deserves one, go at your own risk, you...
