Stellar service, better-than-competition food.

I ordered online for collection, and a clientside issue with the website meant I never received alerts for the food - not the restaurants' fault at all, - so the owner threw in a free can for my troubles. He was polite, friendly, and it made the whole process a relief. 5 stars service.

The food I had - a combo burrito - was better than anything local, and certainly better than upmarket Rustico down the street or any of the kebab shops. The food was well-seasoned and hot even after 20 minutes of waiting, and well, well worth the competitive £7.00 tag. Importantly, the can was still freezing cold, and went perfect with the food. The burrito had a mild curry sauce - fish and chip shop style, - with a little heat. Refried beans and generous portions of cheese made the burrito a pleasure texturally, and the chilli itself was itself unremarkable but supported the chicken perfectly. With just a little browning, it had a shish-kebab texture and taste that worked damn brilliantly with the rest of the food. 4.5 Stars for food - best you'll get in bexhill centre, certainly for this...

Tried out Croqadil for the first time tonight. Ordered 2 pizzas, the volcanica and carnivora. Both were delicious. Even better was the service. Incredibly nice staff and who I assume was the owner/chef. Highly recommend and will be back again ** have been back for a third time. My mother was in town visiting from Canada. The owner brought us to the kitchen to see how he made the pizzas and about the oven. Not only is the food amazing but having owners who really care about the experience is a nice change. Seriously, you want the best pizza in Bexhill (or East Sussex imo) then go here....

The food was delicious! Genuinely good quality ingredients and a really accomodating chef.

We had the mac n cheese, with chilli and a glorious burger. All the dishes were great, the burger meat and the chilli were the highlights.
