Popped I today as saw they offered two cream teas for £12 As my husband did not want one I asked if I could have a cream tea for one ( I didn’t expect it to be offered for £6) but I was told after the waitress checked that they didn’t do a cream tea for 1 - I asked what they would do if a single person came in with that request & was told she didn’t know, I ordered a pot o tea. After it was delivered I asked if I could have a scone yes of cause did you want, butter, cream or jam ( isn’t that then a cream tea ? I ordered a scone & butter , I was asked if I wanted it warm which I said yes When it came it was tooo hot to even handle I then asked for some sugar for the tea & was asked if I wanted 1 maybe two ! I was then offered a what looked like a jam jar with sugar. We left after paying a little bemused & wouldn’t return although on first...

Left feeling ripped off and paid too much for the food and drinks we had.

Interior is nice and the staff were friendly. But that's about the only thing we enjoyed really.

Eggs Benedict/royale were pretty small portions, no greens, with a small amount of dry/salty sauce. Served on a single slice of bread rather than an English muffin. The poached eggs were also overcooked and hard, rather than runny. We ordered a couple of extras and they were also very small portions. Avocado was hard.

Smoothies were fine however likely just from a bottle and not made fresh.

£35 for two breakfasts is very pricey, and in order to charge that price the quality and portions of the food really needs to reflect that, and needs to be fresh, and unfortunately it wasn't. Better quality and portions can be found even in...

I’ve now eaten here twice (maybe one day after the other) because it was just so amazing! Such a lovely atmosphere! Staff are so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble!

I visited after needing somewhere for a Natter, lunch and coffee (ended up having food and a lovely coconut cake after) it was Devine!

Today I visited with my friend and her little girl! They were so accommodating and friendly! I’m already wanting to visit again tomorrow haha!

Such a gem for Bexhill! Will be recommending them everywhere! As a small business owner in Bexhill myself I really value a great customer experience in our little town! These guys are ace!
