Quick note as just got home following an evening with yourselves.

After a little bit of a mix up with the booking, apologies on my behalf as I took the reservation email I received as confirmation - my mistake and will remember for next time.

Really do appreciate that you managed to accommodate us and created a welcoming atmosphere - given the weather was excellent the seating outside was perfect.

Apologies as I didn't manage to get the young waiters name but i'd really appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks, his attentiveness and friendliness cannot be praised enough.

The good was excellent and being a regular traveller to Turkey over recent years, this took us back to some of our most memorable evenings sat overlooking Kalkan harbour as the sun went down.

I've also left a 5* review on trip advisor as very much deserved.

We'll certainly be booking to come again (will remember to wait for the proper confirmation next time) but will likely also try out the takeaway options at some point soon as well.

IMPORTANT if you are Gluten free ( Coeliac ) Or have any other food allergies DO NOT eat here. I'm a coeliac which I informed them a number of times, " no problem madam ". The menu even caters for GF...... they don't even understand what GF is ! Having changed the cous cous for rice I then had to check that the certain food items on my plate we're also GF. Having be assured I could eat everything I was good to go. I'd eaten afew bits then notice something under my rice & chicken . I asked the waitress if what I suspected was a wrap was GF....... "Oh I'll just check" ! She returned & informed me it wasn't & would I like to change my meal ! This really upset me due to cross contamination, yes this is a major problem with my medical condition. We decided to leave as by this time I was having a reaction to the Wheat/Gluten . My husband went to pay for the drinks we'd had but not finished & they tried to charge him for his meal which was still on the table, obviously he refused . Two days of feeling...

The food was nice (but bbq chicken is very simple) however they was not enough of it at all. One of the dishes was wrong! The music was WAY to loud and its way to expensive. We paid £100 for four mains and the plates was kinda empty! one and a half of chicken breasts (for two people) and about 400g of cooked lamb (that's not alot) . Not to mention that the starter was burnt. This is a place for people who have no or poor culinary skills basically people who think McDonalds is good dining. We will not be going here again.

All in all. It's to expensive for the amount of food given with a negative feeling for ambience. And for the cost off cooking it adds up to about £3.45 each meal that was cooked but yet they charge £17 for basically a small or half a chicken breast (£1) and 200kg of lamb (£2) salad is cheap and the rice is cheap. No fault to the chefs this is a managerial problem to do with cost and...
