Moo Lab — Restaurant in Rotherham

I wanted to give more stars but I am being generous with the three I've given, the shop is a nice little quirky place and the choice is mind blowing 🤯 , it's like a sweet emporium and the range of flavours will leave you spoilt for choice, there's also an array of fantastic looking deserts and buns but my score is for the milkshake as I didn't purchase anything other than three shakes, I chose reeses cupcakes cos I love peanut butter and my daughters had Oreo & Cadbury caramel and we all agreed that we have had much better, that doesn't mean to say that they was awful because that would be untrue but five guys shakes are world's apart, but these were cheaper to buy with much more choice and probably healthier, nevertheless l was disappointed, I wanted my full fat full flavour unhealthy sugar fest 😞 sorry moolab but when I saw my options I was like a kid in a sweet shop and I expected much more in the way of flavour but apart from that great choice and friendly customer service, I would recommend anyone to at least try moolab out just because the options are crazily good and you never know that someone might not ever have tried five guys shakes and if you can replicate their taste with your choices then you would be a...

Absolutely disgusted tonight. First of all the ladies behind the counter were stood about/chatting for 10 minutes before being served. Been served by a Young Lady and had nothing but disrespect from her. She wants to change her tone with how she talks to people. Also being super bossy and nasty towards myself and my partner. As we are regular customers this shocked us both and made us both disgusted with her. If working with customers isn’t her thing, she either wants sacking or needs training on how to talk to customers and treating them with respect and not treating people with disrespect. Also didn’t appreciate being called names and talking rubbish about us. Definitely wants to get her attitude in shape. Doesn’t belong to work with the company. While waiting for the order they were stood around again talking, on their phones and not working. 15 minutes later they started the order. Totally disappointed.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, Moo Lab in Rotherham is an absolute gem.

The dessert menu is packed with choice: gooey cookie dough, freshly made waffles, loaded milkshakes, and more. Everything looks Instagram-worthy, but more importantly, it tastes incredible. I tried the Ferrero Rocher waffle and it was rich, warm, and perfectly balanced with the ice cream. The milkshakes are thick, indulgent, and generously topped – definitely not your average shake.

Also a must try is their strawberry knafa or mouthwatering knafa brownie 👌 it hits differently!

Staff were friendly, quick, and happy to make recommendations. Prices are really fair considering the portion sizes – you won’t leave hungry!
