I ordered the Star meal with a Biscoff shake and curly cheesy fries.

The smash burger was the absolute star of the show. Just the right amount of seasoning which a lot of other places don't know anything about. If these guys can keep up this quality it will be worth it for years to come. The Biscoff shake was nice and thick, I was concerned about the size for the price but it was just about right for the times we are living in. The curly cheesy fries were the only let down. The cheese wasn't real cheese and was more akin to the fake spray cheese melted, which seems to be a lot of places doing this now, why? It diminishes the quality so far I'd say take it off the menu. Less is more guys! Don't sell out to the other similar joints who do the burgers, shakes and fries concept if you can't do all of them right! Stick to what you do really well!

I so wanted to love this place and I’ve tried it multiple times but sadly it always fall short for me personally. The packaging is great presentation is great the service and food are so mid sadly. I went into the Rotherham store not a soul inside dining but the kitchen staff looked busy I was stood at the counter for around 5 minutes no acknowledgment from the staff whatever then the uber collection driver said you might aswell use the screen to which I did even through they have tills and front of house staff.

When my order was done the guy put it on the counter and waited until I made eye contact to come over and collect it

Calis just next door is far better food and service in my opinion once again.

I truly hope they improve their service as I want them to succeed Rotherham needs great eateries they have all the components to make it great just the execution...
