Starving, christmas week shopping choas and by choice came here as it was new to Retail World and I'd heard lots of good things about it. Probably 6 tables were occupied during my visit and lots more unoccupied in the large dining area. Not greeted by any staff or any idiots guide or instructions as to how you place your order. I thought the counter and 1 staff was for takeaway? Clearly its for both after waiting in queue for people picking up their orders; just so I could enquire about mine. Couldn' t get any other staff. Told to order there and they would serve the beverages and the food would be brought to the table. With no trays or equivalent I had to push through the queue with 2 large bottles and 2 pint glasses filled as much as I could and my money and receipt. All my husband and I ordered was a sparkling mineral water, an orange soda, and 2 medium spice chicken wraps. Cost was £19.68. We waited around 20mins for the food which apart from the chicken breast used, was very poor indeed. Tortilla wrap was small and served as whole with minimal salad and the fries were atrocious and cold. We ate quickly and left disappointed, hungry still and without any acknowledgement from staff whatsoever. Will not go again or be ordering takeout. ( FYI Some quality chicken breast and some mexican piri piri sauce could produce a good meal by anyones...

Joined the queue, ordered, paid. Done. Probably the simplest part of the evening.
Sat and waited for around 30 minutes for food. During which time, we saw people who'd arrived after us been served first. One couple leaving having been given cold food. One person heading to the tills to ask how the long the wait will be.
When our food eventually arrived, the first thing my fiancee noticed was that the chicken was cold. I grabbed my plate and could feel the plate was cold. We told the server, who seemed to roll his eyes at this. He send he'll send it back to have it remade. Neither of us heard an apology, but maybe we missed this over the noise.
When the food was returned, I noticed my chips were peri-chips but I asked for plain, At this point I was hungry and just wanted to eat.
Nandos used to be a quick and cheap(ish) eat out. But the prices have increased rapidly and we were very disappointed with the quality of both food and service.
Struggling to think when we'll...

I'm definetly not visiting this branch ever again they seemed very short staffed and the atmosphere...
