Bewiched Coffee — Restaurant in Rugby

I started coming here after the coffee and service around town started going poor, I have never in the 2 years going here had or experienced bad service, I am greeted by Smiles and good mornings by the excellent team of Sam, Carys, Jess, Verety and their new starter Amy, they always know what kind of coffee I would enjoy.

The store is clean and the staff are efficient in service greeting customers with smiles and enjoying the range of dogs that come into store, also something most coffee shops do not do, the staff when it looks busy or a queue is forming they reassure waiting customers they are not forgotten and apologize and the wait is worth it when you get your coffee.

I wont go to any other coffee shop in Rugby thanks to this great team and service they do the Bewitched brand proud.

First time visit to Bewitched. 2 sausage rolls, 1 kids shake, 1 adult shake - £15

On entry there was a fridge in the left - making noise. Behind the counter were a LOT of people - making noise. Music in the place - making noise. Other customers - making noise.

Server at counter whispering so I can barely here. Doesn't take the whole order and then sorts it out, takes partial order and keeps disappearing, then chatting to other people. The noise in the place, the chaos behind the counter, the struggling to hear the server, the cost and then the several minute wait etc. It became overwhelming and frustrating and I couldn't wait to get...

Popped in for a drink with my 14 year old daughter a while ago, my coffee was pretty good, but she claimed her milkshake was the best she’d ever had! Obviously I had to test this theory so I went back on my own and had a small chocolate shake no extras (tempting as they were!) as I’m not usually a fan of milkshakes and don’t even like milk! Annoyingly for the mother of a tricky teen she was absolutely right, they taste of ice cream not milk and are utterly delicious. Next time I’m taking all 3 kids…..but only if they’ve been really...
