Couldn’t fault the food but service needs work- I held off posting this as i was giving them the benefit of the doubt however after seeing multiple reviews regarding the service i thought only best i share mine as well…

We arrived with a booking at 7:00pm and admittedly we were 5-10mins late. We went to the desk and they couldn’t find us on the system or on the paper copy so was asked to wait in the ‘lobby’. Around 10-15mins later they took us to a table that was quite close to a large table of around 10 people. We weren’t given menus when we sat down and had to ask twice for these. Eventually we chose our food and drinks and ordered both at the same time. 20minutes had past and still no sign of drinks or starters. I went up to the bar and asked for our drinks at least 3 times and instead they were serving walk ins around the other side of the bar.

Our drinks arrived AFTER our starters which we also only recieved 1 starter out the 2. Again nothing to fault with the food at this point. I had a glass of wine and my friend a margarita which to be totally honest was neat tequila and way too much salt around the rim of the glass. I took this to the bar and said i’m really sorry but this is undrinkable and they kindly let my friend swap her drink.

We finished it our starters and to our shock we were given the bill!! we then had another waiter come to the table and asked if we wanted anything else and i said jokingly “yes our mains” she replied laughing “oh god really” and ran off in a panic. We then proceeded to see the staff panicking and all talking to each other about where our mains were. At this point we had been in the red an hour and half! We said kindly if they haven’t cooked the mains then don’t worry about it. They then said it will be 5 minutes. After around 20mins we were fed up and i repeated again “if you haven’t cooked the food then please don’t bother”. another waiter just laughed and walked off.

A WHOLE 2 HOURS later our food came and was really nice! with nothing to fault and definitely value for money!

but the whole experience before this really ruined our meal and definitely somewhere i will not be...

An absolute gem of a find, this restaurant and bar is a true celebration of authentic flavors.

From the moment you step in, the vibrant energy and incredible aroma promise an unforgettable dining experience—and it delivers.

This is a place where every dish tells a story, and the chef's specials are a testament to culinary artistry.

Must-Try Starters and Mains The starters alone are worth the visit. The Chilli Chicken is a perfect balance of spicy and tangy, with each piece being incredibly tender and packed with flavor. It's an instant favorite that sets a high standard for the meal to come. The Tandoori Starters are equally phenomenal, with a smoky char and perfectly spiced marinades that make the chicken and lamb melt in your mouth. For the main course, you can't go wrong with the classic pairing of Butter Chicken and Butter Nans. The curry is a masterpiece—rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying without being heavy. Paired with the soft, fluffy, and perfectly buttery nans, it's a combination that truly feels like a warm hug.

The Unforgettable Highlight: Mayuri Special Biriyani While everything was exceptional, the absolute pinnacle of our visit was the Mayuri Special Biriyani. This isn't just a dish; it's a sensory experience. The fragrant, long-grain basmati rice is cooked to perfection and layered with tender, perfectly spiced meat. Every spoonful is a symphony of complex flavors that showcases a true mastery of spices. This biriyani is, without a doubt, the top-notch dish of the entire menu and a definite must-have.

This restaurant and bar is a destination for anyone who appreciates truly top-tier Indian cuisine.

We walked out! You're reading this and I'm sure you're expecting this review. Your service last night was appalling. We booked a table for 30, for a birthday meal. This restaurant accepted the booking. A couple of days before they asked for pre orders due to volume of people. We tried calling them so many times and couldnt get through. I emailed the pre order through for the 19 that were attending. When we arrived they hadnt seen the email so had to take notes of all we wanted. Whilst we waited, we got drinks from the bar and on requesting one cocktail was told they weren't doing cocktails. Too busy to make cocktails so not an option. Server then went on to polish glasses. Food started to come out and it was just chaos. We had people with curries but no rice or chips to the table. Curries cold by the time everything made it out. One guest didnt gwt a curry brought out to eat alongside his cold food. Two guests who ordered chicken biryani, complained about them coming out cold. The guests who ordered tikka masala complained that it was spicy. Everyone who ordered papadum baskets asked for the mango chutney because it was missing off thw table to be told they dont even have any and didnt realise it was even on the menu. When first asked to speak to the manager we were told he was too busy. When we insisted he come and speak to us he did come out and he ended up blaming us, the customers, for having so many of us. This is obviously unacceptable to blame the customer and if they are unable to cater for large parties then they should never have accepted the booking. However, we have since learned that friends had visited a week ago as a four and received...

Please check with staff if you have any allergies here!!! I had the Biriyani and even though on the menu it says no nuts, I received conflicted information, ended up trying a little and having an allergic reaction. Thankfully it wasn’t severe enough for my EpiPen but I still suffered all night, please be safe. Food is okay, could do with more flavour, flavours themselves are nice just need to be stronger. Some of the meats in the Tandoori Fire are quite dry; though saying this the chops were really nice. I’m not sure that the Rotli is wholewheat like advertised… it just seems like a slightly thinner version on their naan. When it comes to drinks, the virgin pina colada mocktail my mum had was so good! The service was on time and the people that served us were really nice and happy to help with any queries. (It’s just a shame about the nuts). Plates and cutlery weren’t cleared and replaced between starters and mains, it needed a bit of prompting. Overall has potential but I wouldn’t go there again (for obvious reasons)
