Pizza Delicious — Restaurant in Rugby

Just don't bother. My order came with an eta of an hour (on a Friday so that's fine), I gave them 20 minutes beyond that before I called, and was told "it is leaving now and it'll be 10 to 15 minutes, sorry". 25 minutes later i had to phone again, "you have to take my word from it, you spoke to someone else before". Useless, no proper apology, no offer of a partial refund and my food turned up 1 hour 45 minutes after I ordered it. Even though it was so late the Pizzas were not cooked through, soggy and doughy to eat, and the burger bun was so moist it was like a wet sponge, and all of it lukewarm. As bad as the day is long. Called in here for something to eat whilst I was working away. Firstly the service was embarrassingly bad. I chose to ignore that because I was starving. I chose my pizza n attempted to pay on my card at which point I was told cash only 🙄. Ok, so went to get cash and eventually got my pizza. So, I ordered thin base. I've had thin base n I know what thin base is. What I received was a tortilla with melted cheese on top. Absolutely horrendous to the point it's difficult to sum up just how bad it was. I ordered 6 piece chicken with chips,coleslaw and drink. When food was delivered the delivery driver put it so close to the front door that I couldn’t even open the door to pick up my food. When I got the food indoors and opened it .. it was nothing like what I had ordered. Rather than having a 6 piece chicken I had a mixture of chicken popcorn, chicken nuggets, and 2 types of chicken strips altogether approx about 15 pieces Didn’t taste nice didn’t smell nice and the coleslaw looked brown in colour.
