Pizza Time — Restaurant in Rushcliffe

Loved this pizza shop was the best around for the past 20yrs had little problems not like the one this evening!! Ordered big order for my mums birthday they got it wrong when we phoned to complain was called a lot of names and totally out of order, when asked to talk to manager was told they don't want to talk to me!! I went into the shop to be harassed by drunken men who were actually the ones who was allowed to answer my call and all had a big laugh!! Still didn't bring the rest of my order and no refund!! The manager did come out and chat with us but the damage is done will never order with them again!! My son ordered from here, he ordered at about 7.50, he called them twice to ask when it was coming he was told on both times it was on its way, after 1 and half hours I called them to find out where the pizza and other things were as he was told twice that the order was on it’s way, it turned out that it wasn’t ready and be with him in 10 minutes, it turned up 15 minutes! II find waiting 2 hours for a pizza delivery totally unacceptable and told my son not to use them again. WAS a good regular customer until my experience tonight they messed up my order I called them back in a polite manor asking them to replace things forgotten and was told the problem will be sorted.....
