Brasserie at Aviator — Restaurant in Rushmoor

My two girlfriends and I had dinner 15th of February and it was Fabulous , as always ! Everything ( starters, main and dessert) was delicious , especially Fish dish ( Plaice with cauliflower) it was sensational ! All 3 of us loved it , it wasn't just tasty but also a big portion of it . Starters and desserts were wonderful, too. I really enjoyed my lovely Mandarin souffle . All dishes were beautifully presented and served gracefully. Thank you very much to everyone who created ( my appreciation to chefs ) , executed and served our wonderful food ! Two of us stayed overnight in big , comfortable and beautiful room , which was immaculately clean, as always . The beds had very good , comfortable mattresses, lovely bedlinen. We had some nice tea and really tasty biscuits ( I liked the fact that it is 2 in one packet and one was enough for me ; you also can shear ) after our dinner and nice chat sitting comfortably in big and cosy chairs . Everything was fantastic.

Fridays dinner was over priced, starter and main lacked flavour but the desert was fabulous. Cocktails also extremely expensive for what they were. Service was slow (they were not busy) and waitress was unnatentive, lights were also giving off so much heat it was very uncomfortable so we asked for fans as the aircon was not good, which they provided, they also turned the lights down slightly but they were still too hot (install LEDs!). Breckfast service was slow, waited to be asked if we wanted tea, coffee, juice or something off the menu but were not asked. Helped myself to orange juice for my partner and I. Called waiter over and asked for two teas. Cooked buffet was cold and no hash browns, asked for some and was told they were on the way so I waited, none arrived. The greek yogurt with peaches and pumpkin seeds was fabulous, by far the best of the choices. Sunday morning we found out after we had eaten Breckfast that there was a separate room for wedding guest breakfast!! Would of been nice to have been told so we could of all sat together. Wedding meal however...

Best food iWe had an absolutely amazing experience at the Brasserie! Our dinner was nothing short of perfect, with fantastic service and food that exceeded all expectations. Chef Dan truly outdid himself—the dishes were not only super delicious but also beautifully prepared and presented. Each bite was full of flavor, showcasing the care and skill that went into every plate.

The experience didn’t stop there. We ordered room service for our son, and the al dente pasta was cooked to perfection—just the way it should be. It was a hit and showed the same attention to quality and detail as the dishes in the restaurant.

Breakfast the next morning was sublime. Everything was fresh, beautifully arranged, and absolutely delicious, from the pastries to the cooked options. The combination of flavors and the excellent service made for the perfect start to our day.
