Gurkha Kitchen — Restaurant in Rushmoor

Firstly, I would like to express my family's gratitude for a good catering service provided at our party. The food was realistically delicious and all our guests had a great time.

However, I must mention that although I am satisfied with the overall service provided by Gurkha Kitchen Restaurant, there were a few areas where they fell short. For instance, they brought Aloo Dum which I did not request, and it turned out to be not enough food for everyone even all guests did not trun-up. Although they agreed to make deep-fried boneless mutton, they made normal mutton curry instead, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, they agreed to provide warm Gulab jamun, but they brought all the Gulab jamun in the factory package boxes instead, which was frustrating. Lastly, they agreed to provide melamine plates and cutlery along with a waitress, but this didn't happen, and we were forced to use disposable plates and cutlery.

I believe that it is important, to be honest with customers and not promise services that you cannot deliver. I was impressed with Gurkha Kitchen's service and food at previous events, but after my recent experience, I CANNOT recommend them for any upcoming events unless they improve their service and adhere to customers'...

Amazing food, great for Tapas style sharing plates, recommend ordering a wide selection and then share a little of each dish to enjoy their great range of authentic Nepalese dishes and flavours!

Only thing that may put some people off is the cosmetic/decoration/first impression of the restaurant seating area and facade in appearance, but don't judge a book by its cover! 100% recommended for a new experience and taste of Nepal 🇳🇵

The restaurant has a basic setting on the outside and the inside, but the quality of the customer service is excellent. My starters were brilliant, especially the fried dumplings with sauce. The food was delivered on time, and when I completed the starter they asked me to tell them when I was ready for the mean meal. The main was served in a tray with different portions of pickled vegetables, meat, a small portion of carrots and cucumber, and a serving of rice in the middle.
