Pizza Hut Farnborough — Restaurant in Rushmoor

AVOID!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ordered food £20.99 worth. half an hour went bystill no food, an hour came still no food been delivered. Myself and Partner ended up arguing with the “manager” who couldn’t refund us because she wasn’t authorised to!! (what in the world?!) and then argued back saying the driver had delivered it to our outside cupboard😂! Hello!!! We were in! The curtains were open and we was waiting and watching not to mention we also have a camera aiming at the courtyard we live down so can prove with footage no driver ever came :). SO 1) we would have seen him and 2)!!! if this was actually true why did he not knock lol! Absolutely insane! So after arguing for our money back the “lovely” (not) manager had no words and hung up on us which forced us to drag our 11month old baby out at night to go down face to face demanding our money back. Which now we have to go through EMAIL to customer service to get our money back because the manager -YES THE MANAGER - couldn’t authorise a refund - because we had ordered on the app?????? (lol) same company isn’t it??? Absolute insanity. Now we have to wait god knows how long for the non existance customer service team to get back to us VIA email because no-ones there on a phone because of “covid19”. I did not honestly know you could catch Coronavirus or any other virus for that matter from speaking down a telephone🤔. Hilarious company! I’m absolutely disgusted by this place. First of all their website crashed 3 times and the 4th time it crashed my payment was being processed so they ended up charging me £20 but not reviving my order. The money came out my account so I phoned up and they said it won’t be back in my account for 72 hours. Not happy at all! So I decided to try one last time. Payment went through and waited 10 mins for my pizza even though it said 45. So as I thought it was longer I carried on doing some work on my car. While under the car I heard someone shout “oi”. I came out from under the car and saw the delivery man dump my order on my front lawn. I took the pizza inside and opened up my pizza. I always talk to Rajput who is just wonderful ( I believe he is the manager ). I actually use to eat at their competitor (dominos) but got sick of the overpriced food that wasn’t even very nice. I once rung Rajput at Pizza Hut and I’ve never looked back. He is always polite and takes good care of me and my daughters allergen needs ( she’s got coeliac disease ) I can confidently order Pizza Hut Gluten free pizza without her being affected :) The pizza is always delicious and I genuinely think Rajput cares about having repeat customers that always come back :)
