I don't know why this hotel is even named Premier when you don't get premier services.|I arrived just 30 minutes before check in time, when I entered the reception was dead empty and had to buzz the button 100 times for someone to come and attend you. After buzzing so many times the receptionist walks out of the lift “are you okay?” I said check in and he said check in is at 3 without even checking my reservation on the system, I then requested him if I check in early if the room is ready since I had 2 kids and had to change my little ones nappy, and he said he can only check after 5 mins not sure why, I personally have worked on reception for over 13 years and still working in front office. This is not the answer I would give to any if the guest. ||Room is good, but the cleanliness of the room is not up to mark, found some food stuff under the bed and some duvet covers under the bed, when you have toddlers they end up playing anywhere and those covers were so dusty, not a good idea to leave them under the bed, I would suggest to keep them in HK store.||The room does not have telephone, so if you want to ask or confirm anything with reception or even order room service you have to go all the way downstairs to reception and after reaching at reception you have to buzz 1000 time for someone to come and attend you, can you imagine there is no dental kit in the hotel, the receptionist told us to buy from the sainsbury's opposite to the hotel, what an answer.||The is no on-site parking, so have to park in town. I have stayed in several hotels earlier and I have never experienced such service, will not recommend to anyone and will not come back to premier inn again.||Their room rate is always on £40s £50s or £60s but the day I booked it was £105 room only rate, I still went ahead and booked but the service that I got was not even worth of £50. ||I hope the GM takes my review into consideration and look into this matter and at one point I hope you improve your service for your...
Read moreWent to this hotel last Friday me and my two daughters as my wife was working and couldn't come. first impressions on booking in reception seemed nice and wellcoming. My brother came over during the day/ early evening as he was stopping in the Travelodge across the road. we had a few drinks in the bar next door.has the evening wore on we noticed the woman at reception was given us dirty looks thought she was just being a bit snooty with us. Later that evening my brother went back to his hotel we had a takeaway and went to bed only to be woken by my daughter terrified saying the police are knocking at the door they said a member of the general public see two Young girls with two older gentleman entering the hotel. Police apologised and left saying they had to investigate the complaint. I was so livid I went down to reception to confront the woman she had gone off shift a gentleman behind reception said a member of the general public had made a complaint and they had to call the police. He apologised to us and offered us a free breakfast which I declined. I told him if there was a problem he should have come to our room where it could have easily been resolved there and then without the police being called waking us up at gone midnight. Both my daughter's suffer from anxiety and could not get back to sleep after this incident. Phone head office the next day only to be told it was their policy to ring the police if they suspected any wrong doing. Because of the incompetent hotel staff our night was totally ruined. Wouldn't even give us a refund or Nothing. only ever been to the Premier Inn once will never ever go again...
Read moreWe were travelling down from Scotland to visit Legoland for the weekend and wanted somewhere nearby to stay. Farnborough Town Centre came up first on the app and had everything we needed. Staff at check in are really friendly & willing to go above and beyond to help.
Rooms are clean, tidy with the new look of Premier Inn, A/C is ice cold, perfect for the hot and stuffy nights and the location is ideal with no loud noises from pubs/transport. Only thing is, no onsite parking but there are two carparks nearby that you can pay to park in and equals to about £6 per night. Farnborough Town Centre is perfect if you are visiting Legoland, or fancy visiting London or the surrounding area.
The Beefeater was perfect, again the staff again really friendly especially the bar man who had visited Scotland the week prior, really welcoming and bubbly! Food was spot on, cooked perfectly both in the evening and for breakfast with plenty of selection. Only thing that they need is a beer garden for the lovely summer nights but unfortunately due to location I understand why.
Our weekend was brilliant and will definitely...
