Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Rushmoor

I visited 4 Apr 2017, 1626 receipt registered time. The lady with the eyeglass was cheerful, she asked me what size of tea i want and i said just the regular size and she hold the mug and then i saw a lipstick mark in the lid, i called her attention and she was surprised. I also called the attention of the supervisor, her name starts with "A" (just for privacy), i requested the conversation to be private, i was not happy as she was slapping me with a voucher straightaway, i told her that customer service is not about slapping your client with vouchers straightaway. Now i think about the cleanliness in Starbucks. I suggested that she needs to maintain the standards because the shop carries the hotel name. The lady in the till handed the sandwich in a brown bag even if she asked me if for dine in or take away and that i replied earlier, "dine in". I ate the sandwich and sipped the tea and i never saw the supervisor called the attention of the staff which prompted me...

Lovely shop, feels spacious with high ceilings. Lots of staff. Raining heavy outside and busy-ish inside. Pretty quick service but where is the passion? Where is the Starbucks ethos? Ok it's Tuesday lunchtime. I kown it's p1ssing with rain but I shouldn't feel like I'm p1ssing off the barista by just being in the shop. Is half a smile's too much to ask? Eye contact? Very disappointing but I'm sure they can easily do better. Will return.......

14th October - had a little return early Monday lunch time. Previous staffing issues seemed to be resolved (on this visit). Two young girls working the store and were both polite and quick. Good customer interaction. Seemed to me to be a normal British Starbucks. ...

After a much anticipated wait to open, has fast become a regular haunt. Perfect for killing time during school runs (when one child is in after school club). We drive through when the children are with me and I'll eat in if on my own. Have always loved the variety of the Starbucks menu, and for me being dairy intolerant, the choice of milks not just soya. Only poor comment is the speed that they run out of popular items, the Christmas menu hot chocolate ran out only a few weeks in, yet the menu was running for at least 2 months, one slightly...
