It's always a great experience for me when I visit and purchase products from this store, the staff are always welcoming, polite and friendly.

All you need to do is ask and they will advise you on what available on the hot food counter and what's coming out of the oven.

Very reasonable prices. You'll usually find a staff member dilligently sweeping the floor, which indicates that they make an effort in order to keep the store clean and tidy.

You know, sometimes you visit a place and you'll feel like just another customer, in this store I always get the feeling that they value their customers.

Staff who spoke to me was rude and Impolite. Asked during lunch if a sandwhich could be made as there went many options left other than cheese and ham. Was told there's no meats pre sliced so she cant make one. It's a sandwhich makers but refuse to make you a sandwhich. The quality of the white muffin makes Martin's sandwiches so tasty. However, recently the amount of filling has become less and less. One piece of turkey, a slice of tomato, two small slices of cucumber and a very paltry scattering of lettuce for £3.30 is just not good value.
