Two orders wrong on two occasions. Since staff have changed, the service is really poor. Orders completely wrong, was told to bring it all back, I photographed the food in the bag, the lady replaced the food with the wrong curry sauce again, I called and she admitted her error but then tried to say I didn't return the bag of chips, then changed her words and said almost all the chips have been eaten, I said that was the portion I received. Owner called me, said next time you go in, they know to give you same on him, went today and surprise and surprise they didn't know and then on the phone was saying completely different to me, the communication within the staff, manager is very poor. As a business owner sometimes you have to hold your hands high and say sorry for the error especially when it's an error three times and take responsibility to keep customers happy not here, they blaim customer for their mistakes. The owner even said to me the staff has recently lost her husband and begged for her job back and had mental health issues at the moment, and then wonder why customers are complaining. Was good before, now the worst service...

17/03/2023: Popped by here twice the past few days after being in the local area to revisit. They've had a refurbishment that is super appealing and looks great since I was last here. Service was great, consistent and friendly, which was super to me.

They have some great deals on at the moment you can check out, best for singles/couples or something with a bit more variety in meal if not set on one thing. The food I've had has been great, previously having ordered a fish and chips in the past, I also ordered one the other day with the addition of a small sausage, peas, curry sauce and chilli sauce. And then a following order on another day of small fish and chips (with peas) and a 5 chicken nuggets and chips (with Chilli sauce) Everything was consistently great and shared out with family to snack on. Firstly would like too say very poor attitude towards customers. There staff at midday on Monday 7th November was shocking. There lazy . Unprepared and too be real and not over the top there a disgrace too the company name. The food on show was limited with a million and one excuses why things ain't done . The company is not the same as Great bridge I decided I it was that poor of service that I would drive too great bridge too see if there attitude and stock was the same. Surprise surprise chork and cheese the difference. Great bridge northing too much trouble . Everything on show and customers all walking out happy . My advice too the owner of stone cross chippy too close it down or get a few members from over your great bridge store too run it . 1...
