Greggs — Restaurant in Sandwell

Went there yesterday morning around 9.30am I was served by a young lad who was still half asleep and just mumbling at me I couldn’t even hear him. I asked for a sausage and omelette baguette with a tiny bit of brown sauce and a sausage roll . The baguette was raw and had not been baked the sausage was tough like it had been reheated and the omelette didn’t taste great either, he then covered it in brown sauce. The sausage roll was undercooked and soggy. Waste of money! While I was in there the lady took out the pan au chocolates out of oven which were burnt and then threw the pan onto another pan and knocked off 4 sausage rolls onto the floor and just walked away they don’t care about quality they just seemed like they...

It’s 11:30am. And for the thousandth time I am unable to get a cheese salad baguette. Why when an item is constantly running out before lunch does this branch refuse to make anymore. Yet the meat option are lying there all day long. Common sense says make more of the item that sells. Clearly this Greggs has none of that common sense. Annoying, as this is the only local sandwich shop and you can’t get anything no matter when you go. Refuse to use this...

Rubbish breakfast this morning. There was hardly any sausage on the baguette I ordered. My partners bacon roll was not very good either, hardly anything on it.
