Very disappointed! I ordered a personalised brownie with chocolate frosting. Not as advertised at all. I have received a piece of paper with the note written on. It has cello tape on it and it’s also paper that has been used to advertise in their cake display as you can see in the pictures below. Disgusting. Please see below what is advertised and what I received.

This shop is opened recently and this is now my go to place for desserts. Taste is incredible and customer service is on top as well. Staff is very patient and kind. They have alot of variety to choose with. I had a waffle and it was so yummy. I recommend this shop to everyone. They make cakes as well, I am gonna try their birthday cake soon. 5 ⭐

I’m not being funny but why am I waiting for an HOUR for doughnuts just for them to be microwaved and for them to have a THICK BROWN hair hanging out of them!!! Like how is there a hair inside the doughnuts when they’re not even made fresh? THEY WERE DEFROSTED IN A MICROWAVE!! Worst experience of my life would never be giving my hard earned money to a business who doesn’t apply great customer service on the daily and overall hygiene when preparing...

Went into the shop to order x2 desserts, waited around 20 mins, ordered a waffle with choc sauce and a choc cake with custard. The desserts were horrible and it was upsetting because they didn’t even rush to make the food. The cake tasted like soap, very dry and had a weird tang to it. The waffle was for my mom and she said it was very dry. Sad really bcos I was happy to support a small local business….. wouldn’t recommend or...
