Classic Fish Bar — Restaurant in Sandwell

Would rate 0 if possible!!! Attitude is absolutely disgusting!! No customer service!!! I got home from ordering 2 chicken and chips large and spring roll. For my chips to be half cooked & freezing cold spring roll. 3 year old son wasn't impressed throwing a tantrum when I had to take it off him. I wasn't impressed with the inconvenience caused of having to drive back out. After it took 3 members of staff to check the food They tried to replace with a small carton chicken and chips !!!! I asked could I have my money which he tried giving £1.60 and took the food back. I paid £4!!! When I said this the poor excuse of a human being that lacks general care of customers when providing such poor standards told me to get out and never come back!!! Could not believe my ears!! Fan of the classic fish bar whenever there is one near by that's where i get my food, but cannot understand why the standards of this one is so poor compared with the others best time to get fresh food is when they first open, stale dried up food that been in the glass cage all day and rotten food at night also have a habit of trice cooked chips when the chips don't sell you never notice till you get home and cant be bothered to take it back back in the days the customers was always right not at this place food is reasonable price but one in smethwick is cheaper and fresher as they say you are what you eat...

If you was to see this place, you'd tell your kids to get back in the car and lock the doors. Its not exactly the cleanest of chip shops and the service has a lot to be desired, but the naan breads and especially the masala fish in naan, is delicious. But yeah, its a chip shop, it is what it is. There are certainly cleaner and more "friendly" shops around to eat from. Portions are very generous though and its a lot cheaper than some of the others.
