Casa De Burito (Great Barr) — Restaurant in Sandwell

So, further to me leaving a 5 star review a few weeks ago. I've now scrapped and instead leave a 1 star review due to the shocking attitude of the Manager after reporting an issue with our food. We've just spent £30 at Casa De Burito - collected order and returned home to find the chips were warm and tasted as though they'd been reheated (not nice at all). The burito was soaked in liquid and made the wrap soggy and wet..it was awful (didn't get to mention that part when we called). Called and spoke to the manager (who answered phone). My husband explained about the chips and was immediately met with a defensive and dismissive attitude from him. I'm sorry, but we're not interested in how many days you work at the shop and the checks you make...your customer is unhappy and has made a reasonable request for you to fix the problem. You don't then interrupt, talk over them, and when you don't like what you hear, shockingly hang up! My husband couldn't have been more polite, he didn't even get to mention the disgusting, soggy burito. The manager said he didnt like my huaband's attitude. Well it's fine, because we won't be returning again, and neither will our friends or family.

My advice to you

A/ Learn some manners and common decency. B/ Treat your customers respectfully - without them there is no Casa De Burito. C/ If your customer is unhappy, fix the problem. Don't start arguing over some chips..it would have cost you peanuts to replace! Instead, you've lost a few hundred pounds of our business that would certainly have come your way over the next year. Our friends/family frequently visit from London, South West and North. They all pass your shop off Junc 7. We definitely won't be recommending.

If you treat your customers this way lord knows how you treat...

Lovely, clean shop. Very impressed with the decor and style of this shop. Very nicely designed. Loved all the toppings and level of hygiene in the shop was spot on.

Staff there was a lovely young girl, polite and made nice conversation whilst taking our order.

We ordered a chicken burrito, nachos and a quesadilla. All the items were really tasty and met my expectations. Will definitely be coming again. Very authentic and not ur copy commercial style burrito.

Only slight criticism would be that other customers arriving and were having to wait a while to be served as my order was taking a bit of time. I was happy as I was being served but I think if I was a customer waiting I think I’d have been...

Foods great, it's clean great parking, lovely interior. However I do find £15_17 minimum spend for a single person after tips it's £20 i can't justify the price. Foods nice, the veggie jackfruit is vile. Lasagne is Italian, so I'm confused.com. If my food had of been rubbish it was a 2 or 3. Staff saved this review... I only live 0.5 miles so I don't understand fees then tips then restaraunt tips for Très Tacos is ridiculous and no doubt you experience great wastage. I will order again and test again as I feel this place can...
