Greggs — Restaurant in Sandwell

I went there this morning and went and stood near the counter only for another man to cut in front of me and placed his order he then noticed that I was waiting to be served and not just standing there for fun and said that I can be served but the lady behind the counter said that’s it’s alright my stuff need to be heated. It wasn’t alright I was there first and deserve to be served first regardless of how long it may take. I was waiting for ages anyway due to only one staff member working and the queue jumper ordered hot food and drinks. I had a really disappointing experience at Greggs recently due to the poor customer service I received. The staff member Manjit was extremely rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting. She was dismissive when I asked a simple question and made no effort to be polite or professional. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and a wide variety of food and drink at a good price. Sausage rolls always available in late in the day. Bacon cobs and a drink first thing every morning for £2. Always busy. You can sit an eat/drink inside or out. They serve the homeless unlike some stores I know.
