My recent visit to chai chat was truly a memorable one. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that set the stage for a wonderful evening.

Came here for the first time as a local resident. We ordered two Bombay sandwiches (to have sitting down) which were honestly very horrible. No cheese in the sandwich, just boiled potato, chutney, tomato, cucumber that got very hot, and mayo?! This is not your typical Bombay sandwich. It was very soggy and the sauces inside split due to the warming up of veggies.

It took 25 minutes to make even though we were the only customers there - and nothing else came out the kitchen during that time.

In addition to this, when we asked about the other sandwiches, the lady behind the till did not know the fillings on them and stated “they are different”. Not sure how that really explains anything really.

I went there to have a thali set , waited there for almost 30 min yet the food was not closed to even being prepared. Later I asked the lady and she was the staff I guess about the food then she told me she was a trainee and she told me that she was on a trail . She even told me that the owner doesn't pay for the trail period and when ask how much is the trial period she said it was a 4 day trial.
