I was very disgusted with the service. I ordered chicken tikka on naan and when the food was bought out the chicken was uncooked and raw. I pointed this out to the waiter who took it back to the chef only to come back and still uncooked. I returned the food back to the chef and said I no longer want it as it took him two times to try and cook the chicken properly but it still came back RAW. i then asked the waiter to mention this to the manager. When I went to pay the bill the manager still charged me for the chicken tikka and said as it was prepared for you we will still charge you bearing in mind we never touched it or ate it. In a normal world you would think that they would not charge you because it was their fault but the greedy people they are they dont want a loss. Would definitely not recommend anyone to...

I would not even waste 1 star on them! bad service, bad mannered staff.out of all my order's that I have given only the chops i ordered once we're ok! After that every time i ordered them they were tasteless too.Not worth it .We pay money for a service which you are providing, you have made the choice to provide the service so it should be up to the standard. Myself and my family and friends won't be ordering anything from here again,because there's no point in getting food just to throw it in the bin.its very sad and shameful. This place was recommended to me by a friend who used to go there about 5 years ago so I thought I’d try it. I ordered a chicken Balti vindaloo. I was advised by the manager that that was far too hot and I should order something milder. I ordered a Madras, which he still said would be too hot. The dish came out, and in all my years I have never seen a curry as yellow in colour. It was bland and tasteless. The worst I have ever had. Had we not of paid our bill ( so expensive) on ordering we would have walked away, and rightly so. Unless you like bland food...
