Keebo burgers — Restaurant in Sandwell

So there a lot of smashed burger places floating about, soon as I heard there was one in Tipton I had to try. I believe they have moved location from Dudley port to Tividale road so near burn tree island.

Service: There was a slight issue with delivery via just eat/Uber eat which I think they need to sort out, I only live less than 3 miles from the shop in radius but app stated I live too far, so I decided to collect, but once I put the order through I got call from a friendly chap advising they have moved, I spoke that I wanted it delivered, they were hesitant at first but agreed to deliver, I think they should increase delivery range because they are losing custom and we are not far.

Food:

Delicious. We ordered x3 of the 4 patties burger (big one) and it was juicy, tender and the meat tasted awesome, the bin was soft and plenty of cheese. The French fries was not the skinny ones bit thicker and good potato content, really good portion too.They gave ketchup and mayo also. We also ordered wings and that was well seasoned and breaded well and great portion.

So disappointed! Never ordering again! Refund given straight away as they must know they were wrong in purpose! Previous orders were always the best but today was a disgrace …both £15 burger meal patty’s were half the size that’s unbelievable, either cheap cheese used or not enough cheese put on chips the usual way, replaced berry mojito for a Lemonade with some mint leaves in it, used different chicken in the loaded fries not usual one, food all tasted disgusting , really feel something not right I can’t believe even if the chefs were changed how could the burger patty even be half the size.
