(Previous Review 2 stars) This place has the best food to offer around West Brom/Birmingham but when the meat is taken out of the tray instead of cut off the skewer, it’s the worst food around. The difference in taste is crazy...the meat off the skewer is perfect and better than anywhere else but most of the time you get served by the short manager who gives you the already cut meat from a tray that’s gone slightly cold, dry and tasteless. Have some pride in what you’re selling guys, you’re busy and that’s great but that doesn’t give you the right to not care about every customer and they quality of food the get. Since it’s opened in Stone Cross we’ve always used it. Food is ALWAYS BANGING! Never had any issues with cold food/uncooked or delivered late. When we go to collect the restaurant is always clean and staff are very friendly. It’s the only place we’ve used while all this Covid19 stuff has been going on because of how clean everything is. My regular haunt these are...sometimes shame on myself when feeling lazy I might order a few times a week:-) overall the grills are excellent tasty cooked well ...but a tad pricey..the only negative thing I have to say is I find 1 of their delivery guys(an older chap) rather rude and abrupt....for some strange reason he has a dislike to using the card machine(when you clearly state payment by card on the phone) deliberately leaving the machine in the car expecting cash!
