Italian Deluxe pizza kebab and pasta — Restaurant in Sandwell

I visit here atleast twice a week, the owner is very polite and welcoming. The food is freshly cooked and prepared, always hot and to a high standard. My favourite is the mixed kebab with fries/naan, salad, chilli and mayo. Kebab meat is always fresh, soft and hot. Never hard and sat around like most places. Chicken kebab is to a very high standard also, the owner uses the breast cut which you can tell by look/texture/taste. An expensive cut if you know your meats. Also the salad is always fresh/crunchy which is a big hit with me. Most places the salad is soggy and old. Also had pizzas from here, dough is soft and fluffy, toppings and sauces to a high standard. Presentation is top notch overall. I've even collected food at 2.30am and the food was still at the high standard as usual, which never is at most places that time of the night/morning. Also hygiene and cleaning is kept on top of. Nice to finally have a decent place to eat from...

I ordered pizza and mixed kebab. The pizza was absolutely delicious—perfectly baked with a thin, crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. The mixed kebab which came with a fresh salad and a side of crispy fries, was equally impressive, with tender, flavorful meat that was well-seasoned and grilled to perfection. The salad was a refreshing addition, with crisp veggies and a light dressing, and the fries were golden and perfectly salted.

The portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The service was also top-notch—friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving a satisfying meal that hits all the right notes! Great food....

I have been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will never return. I placed a large order for iftar and called ahead to ensure timely delivery. The manager instructed me to order 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance, which I did. Yet, at 6:10 PM, just as we were about to break our fast, he canceled my order without warning and switched off the phone lines until 8 PM, leaving my family and guests without food.

When I finally reached him, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility. This was beyond unprofessional, it was outright disrespectful. No customer should be treated this way, especially during Ramadan. If you value reliability and respect, avoid this place...
