Pizza Land — Restaurant in Sandwell

No understanding of service industry or customer service. Rude. Ordered a simple chicken and chips. Wrapped it up before asking. When customer asked for chili and mayo responded with can't you just have one. Meaning a tub. What a fool. Told forget it and give change threw it on the floor rudely. Short changed at that. Priced at £1.20 charged £1.80. Dared to call customer a cheapskate even though didn't offer sauces at a charge. Coward then went quiet when given a few pointers. Ordered through website, they took the money. Website continued saying “awaiting confirmation” for 45 minutes. We phoned and a man working there answered saying that our pizza was with a driver on its way. We waiting another half hour and phoned again as the order had still not come and we don’t live far from pizza land. A different man answered and told us that the website was down and the order didn’t go through. Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received..I ordered a plain margarita and some jalapeño peppers for a friend with a banana milkshake... I am extremely allergic to meat and they have sent me a pepperoni pizza with the wrong milkshake. OK mistakes happen. But when I rang I was told " just get an uber refund".
