We visited this restaurant yesterday to celebrate my birthday and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We were a party of 15 (12 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 newborn). As a result we were provided with a separate dining area to accommodate the meal. From the moment we walked into the restaurant we were greeted by the friendly front of house staff and the environment was modern and chic. The general ambience was really lovely! We decided to order our starters first and then our main once we had finished our starters. We were never rushed to order all of our food at once, instead the staff were really accommodating to any of our requirements. The waiting staff and management came into our dining area on a number of occasions to ask whether we were happy with everything. They could not do enough. There was one particular waiter (who’s name escapes me) who was exceptional as well as another waitress by the name of India. To top it all off, the food was amazing. The drinks also matched up to the food. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone thinking of visiting. I booked Takaa Taks for my birthday meal on Saturday 17th August. I went in a couple of days beforehand to check my booking and speak to the very helpful "Akanksha" who put my mind a ease and confirmed the booking and allowed me to choose which table I liked as I was coming for my family birthday meal.

When we arrived, it was great to see your restaurant so busy and a great atmosphere. I always book here because I find the quality of food excellent. Plus you are my local Indian restaurant and it's nice to see such authentic food at its best. Akanksha seated us on time, she explained that the food may take a bit of time as the restaurant was very busy, so this was nice that she gave us enough notice about the timings which I appreciated.

Akanksha seemed as though she was in control of everything and very organised. She was very polite snd when my starter did not arrive with everyone else's, she was very apologetic which I appreciated. The food took a long time between courses but it was very busy and I appreciated the gaps between different courses as it allowed me to relax.
