Pizza Land — Restaurant in Sandwell

I read quite a few reviews, and this place had a lot of praise .... Decided to get a delivery .... Pizza came piping hot .... and they had their own delivery driver who was friendly and polite! The pizza .... was brilliant! I can understand the high praise .... very fresh .... The chicken tikka on the pizza seemed like it was just of a bbq .... and the cheese melted in my mouth .... Prices are very good and better than reasonable ..... would highly recommend if looking for a good pizza.... Will be trying out the rest of their...

After 60 minutes of my order I called again and asked about my pizzas. Gentleman on phone was very rude and tried to tell me I called just 15 minutes ago. After another 20 minutes of waiting I get delivery. I ordered one X-large pizza and one regular pizza. Unfortunately I received one regular pizza in X-large box and one small pizza. I tried call again to pizza shop and man on phone said to me I wasting his time and drop phone. The worst pizza experience I ever had. VERY poor services and poor food. (pizzas) maybe other...

Ordered a pizza for my daughter, who is a veggie, and it arrives 30 mins late and stone cold. After many conversations with the delivery driver explaining where we live (although has delivered here frequently). The pizza also had chicken on it. When i called was advises that its because it cold outside and that's why the pizza is cold.
