AbuleTiwa — Restaurant in Scotland

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I placed an order through Deliveroo and they never delivered anything. When I called, they said “we don’t have anything left” and promised I’d be refunded, but then told Deliveroo that I refused the order, which is a complete lie.

When I tried to call back to clarify, they just hung up on me. That’s unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable and disrespectful to customers. No communication, no honesty, and no sense of responsibility. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering...

I recently visited Abule Tiwa and opted for their rice & chicken dish. It turned out to be an incredibly delightful experience. The rice was bursting with fantastic flavors, and each spoonful was a journey through amazing spices. The chicken was impeccably cooked - tender, juicy, and utterly delicious. It was undoubtedly the finest takeout meal I've had in a while. I'm already looking forward to trying out every single dish they offer on their menu. If their rice & chicken dish is any indication, I can't wait to explore the rest of Abule Tiwa's...

Your meals are so filling, well packaged and delicious!!! My husband and I return customers and we are always pleased.

I ordered on just eat and there was a little hassle from the couriers end. As from my previous experience with rude customer service, I was calling the restaurant expecting a rude and uncouth response BUT I was so pleasantly surprised.

Very nice lady, so quick. Honestly, I pray you guys grow bigger. Please don’t stop whatever you’re doing, keep doing better.
