B.B.G. Biggys Burger Grill — Restaurant in Scotland

This is a place I have wanted to try for a while. Struggling to decide what I wanted for dinner that night I decided to finally give a try and drove over to Biggys the other night. It did not disappoint and was the best smashed burger I have had in Greenock. Going in the music wasn't my style but felt cultural, the staff are all really nice and passionate about what they do. Too passionate for me just wanting my food at that time I'd rather general small talk if the server wants to chat or to be left in peace. I ordered the smash and jack burger meal. The burger its was excellent in taste and texture and very juicy. The house sauce has bit of kick but feels right at the heart of the burger. The monetary jack cheese was done to perfection in my opinion where in was tangy with the burger absolutely loved this. The gherkins mix well with the sauce's taste. The fries that came with the meal where salted and complimented the burger well. There was huge amount which I struggled to finish but the garlic peppered sauce I was given was excellent helping me along. It had a nip as well. I think I would have preferred a normal garlic butter as opposed to ease the house sauce but it did go really well together. Finally I had a can of coke with the meal deal. Which helped me along with the spice. Overall the food alone in greenock standing is top tier and should be experienced and on people's contact list for great food at good value. I ordered a kebab stir fry with no spicy sauce and just garlic sauce bc I don’t like spicy stuff so I got it ordered and it came with spicy stuff so we phoned the shop up and told them and they sent another one and it came with spicy sauce again so we phoned the shop asking for another one so they said they did btw they only had half an hour to do this and the I phoned them and asked them where’s my food and they said I’ve sent my driver out I’ll phone u back and I didn’t get phoned back but my mum texted the girl delivering the food and asked her if my food was coming and she said she was sent home bc they had no food left I wouldn’t order from here they’ve done this about 6 times to me it’s so so bad service don’t order am so mad bc all my other family got something my I didn’t am starving don’t...

Food was overpriced, smash burger was £8.25, it was big standard. It was uncooked and raw in the middle of the burger. Did not match description or picture. £4.50 for peri peri chips, chips were frozen chips, soggy and there was hardly any seasoning or flavour. I also ordered other things sauce and nachos. Did not come. Very overpriced bog standard's food. Could make your own food better at home. It was just sloppy, hardly any flavour. This is worse than McDonald’s.
