I am extremely disappointed I use to go there regularly but today I went there no customer was in me and 1 more person enter same time and I was waiting so the staff can come and ask me but they did not even notice and started to serve customers came after me after serving 3 to 4 customers who came after me while serving the other customers they were even looking at me but nothing I went there and asked them and they said we thought you are from just eat and told me you have to be in the queue but when i came in there was no queue not even a single apology or even at least a kind behaviour I wanted to go back and get their names but doesn't matter bcoz both of the staff were the same got very disheartened with their racist behaviour. This bakery is just amazing. Obviously, the actual baked goods are beyond compare (especially the chocolate crisp, my favourite) but what really makes me come back is the staff and the atmosphere. Andrea the manager always brightens my day and brings a smile to my face. A friendly smile, warm hello, remembering my favourite treats, these are a few of the things that make them a staple in the community. I guess I should talk about the actual goods for a moment but I don't want to gush; EVERYTHING TASTES AMAZING! I've never tried anything I didn't fancy! The sandwiches are fabulous. The steak pies are amazing... And the treats... Don't even get me started. Getting hungry now so just take my word for it and check this...

Very disappointed, used to come here regularly, but their customer service is absolutely shocking. All I would expect would be that they make some attempt to resolve a situation, but unfortunately the staff member completely washed their hands of any responsibility, made no attempt whatsoever to resolve the problem, offer a solution or anything, really disgraceful way to treat a loyal customer, and it is with great sadness to say that I will never...
