Best Kebab and Pizza House — Restaurant in Scotland

Passes this place earlier and have done so many times so decided to give it a try, so ordered kids cheeseburger meal (plain burger) for the little one, and I ordered myself a chicken tikka & donner pizza with a side of cheesy chips, first impressions nice looking shop, busy wee place staff all friendly and nice presentation of menu's etc, on to the Service well served quickly didn't wait too long for the food and once I was home my food was still pretty hot, pizza soft slightly crispy and just mouth watering, cheesy chips just a class combo with mixed cheese tasted lovely, the little one enjoyed her burger aswell she said, I've to try the cheesecake (which they gave on the house) but was told it was outstanding! For me I'd say 9/10 there's always room for slight improvement but an overall score of 5/5 for me tonight 👍 thanks again I'll be trying something else...

Second time in a row my order was an hour late. First time when this happened (last week) they handed it really well, appologised and gave a free cheesecake. So I left a great review with a top score on JustEat. Today the order was late again. When I called the restaurant they said they weren’t even sure whether my order was made, they just said it wasn’t in the restaurant and probably was being delivered. I called them again 30 minutes later and got told the same thing again. The guy on the phone was very rude and never even apologised or provided a meaningful update. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. They said they couldn’t do that and put the phone down on me. It’s a shame, we really liked the food in this place but will order our kebabs...

Usually I would say this is my favourite place to eat, however on 3 occasions our order has been incorrect.....we had a pulled pork burger with no burger & twice when ordering Combo kebabs we had little filling and the donner meat completely missing! When I contacted them the young boy on the phone was rude and initially told me I had made a mistake on my order despite having the confirmed order with all items detailed on my phone, he then requested I send pictures of the Kebabs for "proof" luckily someone heard him and dealt with this in a better way!
