Husband bought me the new vegan pasty to try. Male staff member gave him chicken ones instead! I get people can make mistakes but on returning he took no blame or even apologised in fact he walked away and tried to bake more chicken bakes? What the hell? It’s almost laughable. Would never want to get anyone into trouble but speechles - completely clueless and couldn’t care less. Poor Manageress couldn’t have been nicer although I can’t see being back for fear of...

Its got all the usual stuff in a Greggs. It's located in a strange place (old blockbusters video shop next to money laundering tan place) and you would think it would be quiet and stuff would be cold but its busy, food is fresh and it's clean (cleaner than the subway next door). Staff always seem happy friendly and quick service. I still think the door is in the wrong...
