This hole is a joke, we used the touch screens to make our order.there was no option to eating in. So had to proceed with the take out option. We completed the order but couldn’t customise our drinks to have no ice. We paid for our order and I went to the counter to inform the staff could we have no ice in the drinks. I tried to get the girls attention but she was in such a mood her face was hitting the floor. She took the cups and stared to fill and added the ice, my husband stepped forward and said we couldn’t customise our drinks to “no ice” she drew him a dirty look and threw the drink away and used the same cups to refill with no ice. He told her there was no option to have no ice and she snapped back “aye ok it’s fine” She grabbed a bag for our stuff and again my husband said we couldn’t ask for a sit in as the touchscreen didn’t have that option either, again a filthy look and “yes I know we are aware of that I can’t change that” as if it was our fault and we were messing her about with a paper bag. No straws either . No one is holding her ransom so if she doesn’t want to be there look for another job Torn face We should have realised how bad our experience was going to be when we saw a member of kitchen staff (with the black and white chequered trouser) emptying the bins with no gloves on then helping behind the counter No wonder I am sitting with severe diarrhoea and really bad wind

Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Just left this restaurant empty handed, charged for food I never received because their till crashed. I was basically told if I wanted my food I would have to pay again and my original payment "should" be refunded as "it's usually refunded within 24 hours". I showed that the payment was pending on my bank app but that wasn't good enough. The manager was hopeless and completely unhelpful, telling me there's nothing she can do, "tills crash" and I would either need to speak to my bank or speak to customer service. This is an absolute disgrace and the way I was treated is also a disgrace. I didn't even get a receipt to confirm my money was being refunded after being clear, I just wanted something to eat and to be assured I wasn't going to be charged twice as couldn't afford this. I left in anger and frustration because the manager was completely unhelpful and acting like I had caused the problem in the first instance. The fault was with KFC and their IT system, so you'd think they should do what they could to rectify the situation and keep the customer happy. Not in this case, I was basically sent packing and told "Don't come back". I will be making a formal complaint higher up the ladder, to someone who hopefully can actually try to resolve the missing money from my account and has some customer service skills. My order was taken quickly, I paid and informed the Young lady I was going to use the toilet. Just as I returned my order number was called but a male worker, who didn't ask if I wanted condiments., but told me my tea was being made as he walked away, well he may have been busy. My tea was presented to me within minutes and took the opportunity to as the Young man for salt, he pointed to the other end of the counter fot me to collect it myself. Now I'm not lazy and certainly don't expect Michelin Service, but while I'm disabled, using crutches, some awareness and kindness wouldn't go amiss. No one offered to carry my tray to a table.
