Crenshaw's Brasserie — Restaurant in Scotland

We showed up around 2pm after trying repeatedly to make a reservation and we were fortunate that chef agreed to serve us Sunday lunch, despite the late time.

Food was really good. My hubby had the roasted chicken and I the roasted crispy pork loin roast. The accompaniments were exactly the same perfect roasted potatoes, beautifully cooked broccolini, kale and red cabbage. Smart move do fewer dishes but do them well. It was all delicious.

We also shared a perfect fish cake which was probably the best we’ve had on this trip.

A chocolate cake with marmelade and mango gelato was a lovely finishing touch to this delicious meal.

I can’t believe the previous ratings for this place. The service was great and the location is nice but the food was terrible. My husband had the worst burger he has had in his life.
