I have ordered from Curry Pot a few times and they do absolutely delicious food. However, sadly my last order took over two hours to arrive, and was out for delivery for over an hour with little communication from the company. Curry pot has their own drivers separate from deliveroo and while the food was beautiful it was not worth the two hour wait after spending £27. After 1hr and 20 minutes of waiting for my food I called to check with the company how long the food was going to arrive. I was informed that the driver was stuck in traffic which is understandable if it was the case however the restaurant is about a 20 minute walk away so I was a bit confused about whether this was truly the case. I asked the comapny how long the driver would be and they said another 5-10 minutes, 35 minutes later my food arrived. The driver did apologise which I appreciated however for the time it took I was a bit disappointed especially...

I’ve visited this restaurant a few times and generally enjoy the food. However, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern in the service by one of the staff members, Kavish. While he’s very friendly, engaging, and proactive with white customers—asking for feedback, offering help, and being upbeat—his demeanor with Indian or desi customers feels noticeably colder. He hasn’t been outright rude, but there’s a visible difference in his attitude, facial expressions, and willingness to help when compared to how he interacts with others. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of behavior from someone within our own community. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to a more consistent and welcoming service...

Worst Indian in Glasgow! I placed my order and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes 2 hours later it arrived freezing cold and inedible you could bend the poppadom in half without it breaking (also cost 1 pound for a single poppadom, they were too cheap to even give 2 like every other Indian restaurant) , the naan was like chewing on boot leather and I'm pretty certain it was made a couple of days prior to ordering. The chicken curry was made with something closer to rat meat than chicken, and the paneer curry wasn't cooked enough. The biryani was was over cooked and more resembled mushy porridge than rice. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this restaurant if you want even a half...

I recently visited Curry Pot and had the Indian Butter Chicken, and it was absolutely exquisite! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the creamy, rich texture made it a truly soothing and delightful experience. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction throughout the visit. Their warmth and attentiveness made the dining experience even better. The ambiance is cozy and inviting—great for smaller groups. While it may not be ideal for large gatherings, it comfortably accommodates groups of 5-6 people. Overall: Food: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 A must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine!

The food was amazing & tasty! Cost wise it was very affordable. We had 4 dishes and it came up to Ā£42. Went for a birthday dinner and had a great evening. The owner was a very warm person who customizes dishes as per preference. If you’re a student, do ask for student discounts! The Chicken Briyani was top notch in taste. The kebab was good. Channa Poori was also amazing for the price. Really a must try place for an authentic Indian food in Glasgow.
