Our group had a terrible experience on Friday night at the club, where their bags were searched without permission of each individual owning the bag, an accusation was made against us, but the evidence was not provided. The individual who they accused of pouring their own drink then subsequently left the club leaving another 19 guests to continue. Additionally, false accusations were made against one of us of throwing up in the toilets, despite evidence to the contrary. Our group then requested to see the CCTV footage that the club claimed to have, but were denied access to it. We then pushed to state the actual perpetrator was still in the club and the toilet attendant and multiple witnesses could attest to this but the bouncers and management would not listen to reason. Moreover, the club manager falsely accused our friend of sneaking in alcohol when she was only ordering juice. Our friend stated she was driving and had a sober night and could easily prove this but the establishment were not wanting to listen. This was an unwarranted and inappropriate accusation that the club had no right to make. To finish off the DJ was unprofessional and rude, calling our friends' song requests "embarrassing" and using profanity when they requested popular songs. As a group we have expressed our disappointment, as we had previously enjoyed our experience at the club, but they will not be returning after...

Had an awful experience at this bar today. A friend I attended with flicked ice water at me as a joke and drips landed on people on the next table next to us. We apologise but explained the was just water in 26 degree heat. In return a drink was thrown on on me whilst being called ‘a stupid cow’ in return I defended myself in the same way (yes, I understand, immature but what how else was a woman to stand up to a man?). The staff made no effort to find out who was at fault be we were asked to leave or the police would be called. In return asked for this to happen. Also asked if I could leave my details for the police to be contacted but they refused to take my information. In return the man was allowed to leave but the woman that would actually like to take action on what happened was dismissed and barred. I wasn’t even allowed to collect the rest of my things. I tried to explain what happened, asked if they had cameras, again asked if they feel they felt they had to call the police, could I be present for this but was forced out by male security. The treatment I experienced was unacceptable and the staff took no effort to find out...

We were told to leave as I was accused of throwing up in the toilets even though it was not me. When we confronted them and told them that members of our party saw the girl that threw up and it wasn’t me they replied with ‘well if must be your twin, blonde hair and a black dress’ and said they had CCTV to prove it was me. WHICH IT WAS NOT. When asked to see the CCTV that they apparently have of the women’s bathroom (inappropriate by itself) we were told they couldn’t/wouldn’t show it to us. The manager accused my friend, who was driving and not drinking, of sneaking in drink as she was only ordering juice and no alcohol. They had no right to make such false accusations as she did not bring in anything and was having a sober night. The DJ was rude to my friends that requested songs saying the were ‘embarrassing’ and swore at them when requesting songs that people would know and dance to. Extremely disappointing as last year it was a lot of fun....
