Domino's Pizza - Ayr — Restaurant in Scotland

Every time I go to Domino's Ayr I order the same selection of Pizzas and sides. One time the app wasn't accepting payments and directed me to a store collection. At collection the member of staff in the store told me that you get a better offer visiting and collecting than you do on the app. I treat the family to a Domino's once every month and usually the order is around the £35 mark. I was shocked today when the counter staff told me it was £46. Why can there be such a difference??? The counter sales was not interested in my query about the pricing and did not offer to speak to a senior member of staff. The quality of food is always excellent however I may need to avoid Domino's in the future as you now have to remortgage your house for some dough and cheese. Can you please review your pricing and transparency...

Called up on Friday 23rd December and spoke to manager about possibly cutting a love heart shaped pizza for Christmas Eve for a proposal. Manager agreed this would definatly be possible but would need to call on christmas Eve as they would need to take the order on the day for payment reasons. This was all fine and everything for the proposal was going to plan. Called around 4pm on christmas Eve and the manager had changed his mind and said they couldn't possibly make a love heart shape as they were too busy but could send a normal shaped pizza within half an hour (which wasn't as busy as other times I've waited) This then having a knock on affect on the message left on the pizza box that i wrote. i was very upset and disappointed that i had been let down. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, placed an order for collection I was told 30 mins for pick up, however, upon arrival I was told order hadn't been taken. I had 3 young kids with me and they were hungry so I placed another order & waited 30 mins eventually when order was ready they give me wrong order as I had placed margarita and pepperoni, they gaved me two margarita so I had to reorder again. All staff were unfriendly and unapproachable. I asked the so called store manager her name to put in a complaint, however, she refused to give me her name and shouted at me and walked away saying some of her customer had waited 2 hours for their delivery.
