When I picked up my order and went to the car, I discovered that one of the pizzas had been made with no cheese, I’ve been ordering dominos pizzas online for a long time and have never had any issues.
When we went back to the shop we asked for the manager, his name was Jazz, when I told him what the issue was he rudely turned round and said it is your fault for not checking, while he was saying this he was smirking and extremely smug about it. We asked him if he could make the pizza again, to my surprise he said that he would need to charge us for another pizza. As we were unwilling to pay for another small pizza we said so we need to give you the full order back, get a refund and order again, he said yes.
So due to his arrogance he was willing to not only cost Dominos money but embarrass himself with his extremely poor management and customer service skills. He then proceeded to argue with us, we were shocked at how confrontational and unprofessional he was.
We went to the car to retrieve the other boxes of food when we went back into the shop it was evident that Jazz never noticed us as we heard him mocking us to another member of staff and both of them were laughing. I asked him for his name, he just pulled back his apron and pointed at the badge, he couldn’t even tell me his name and he is meant to be the manager!
We asked if he could provide us with proof of the refund, after we left we realised that it appears that he has just given us a receipt for the order. So, he is also deceitful and it looks like he is deliberately trying to inconvenience us as we will need to contact Dominos for a refund.
At one point we even said that this meal is also for a child, he said that is not my problem, he was nasty about it. Due to Jazz the “manager” being condescending, rude and unprofessional I did at one point take my phone out to record him as I couldn’t believe how unprofessional he was, he then started to argue with me that he does not give permission, but the truth is he knew how shocking his behaviour was and didn’t want to be filmed.
Due to this incident, we will never set foot in another Dominos, this was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, Jazz the “manager” is arrogant, condescending, rude and unprofessional and should never have been made a manager as he has no customer service...

The food was really quick to be delivered which we thought was a great thing until we tasted the pizza. It was not hot and under cooked. It tasted like dough and our two year old spit it out after having a bite of it. We called up expecting to get at least an apology but the girl who answered the phone was nothing but rude.
