If I could give zero for this I would. Firstly the parking is shocking and they don't deliver to Culloden so I would expect good parking but they don't offer this. Secondly my wife went into the shop and asked for our order, the gentleman (young lad) put the pizzas we ordered on the rack and just left them there for a good 15 minutes, when he gave them to my wife her pizza was so badly cut it looked like a dog chewed it up. She refused this and the manager to be fair made sure this would be made properly and did so himself, he offered a free juice which again is decent enough. However, the language from the staff members, swearing amongst each other and the lassie I believe called "Ellie" thought she was sneaky but she wasn't started picking her nose for a good 5 minutes, when she was finished picking her nose she didn't even have the decency to wash her hands or put gloves on and made a further 3 pizzas for the customers which I feel so sorry for! But all staff members apart from the manager did not wear gloves whilst making the pizzas! Now I'm no vegetarian or vegan lover I find them a pain but if they ordered from this place they wouldn't be best pleased and I would not blame them! Last time we will order from this place absolute disgusting behaviour from staff and very disgusting hygiene
We decided to throw away our pizzas btw absolute...
Read moreAvoid the Inverness store! Normally I love dominos but this store is a disappointment. Placed an order on the 16th of July which took over an hour to be delivered, when it finally showed up an item was missing and so we phoned the store to be told that they would send a driver out with the item when they can, there was no urgency from the staff member and he didn’t care. After a further hour we phoned back to enquire where the missing item was to be told that they had attempted delivery but no one was available and the phone number wasn’t answered which is total nonsense. I was informed they had refunded the value of the missing item to my card however 6 days on I am still waiting for the refund. The pizzas weren’t as good as other domino’s so save the effort and go somewhere else if you are in Inverness and want...
Read moreI was staying at a nearby hotel in Inverness, and figured Dominos could deliver after a long day of sightseeing. I order on their website, and their tracker is on bake for over an hour, after which I got a prompt to phone the store. It turns out they don’t deliver if they feel it’s too close in Inverness city centre. They happily accept orders and charge you for them, including delivery fee, but don’t inform you. I had the hotel call them up several times to ask for an order update, and they are so mismanaged, they don’t pick up the phone. I should have read the reviews more carefully before ordering, as others have experienced the same. Now I have to do a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid the Inverness Dominos Pizza at all costs. They are not...
