Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

We ordered a pizza slice, sausage roll, chicken slice, soup and a chicken salad baguette. The pizza was luke warm at best and lacked sauce and cheese, was basically like eating dry old bread, the sausage roll and chicken slice were also luke warm and did not taste fresh at all, more lettuce than chicken in the baguette and was all in one half, so 1 half dry stale baguette and one half filled with mainly lettuce (judging by the lack of care of the other items I think it’s safe to say probably unwashed) and a half portion of warm soup. Safe to say it all went in the bin.

Greggs would be better off closing this franchise as it does not represent the brand at all.

Bought 6 sandwich / pasty & drink meal deals, asked for a bag, was given a paper one, which then split as soon as I picked it up and dropped all my food on the floor. Staff just stood and looked. No apology. Eventually given a proper carrier bag, got out to car and handed food to my kids to find the margherita pizza was stone cold and stale / hard, sausage roll very greasy and barely warm and scotch pie also stone cold.
