Domino's Pizza - Inverurie — Restaurant in Scotland

I've been orderung from here a lot however I will not be doing that again they are taking extra payments when ordering food after bringing it up with the shop the manager was nothing but rude 1st asked if he could help but when I said about being charged more than it should have been he walked over to the phone and made a call 15 mins later when the food Was made I was given the food I stood as I was waiting to find out what's happening he then comes over after the ca he made and I'm told it's not his problem it's mine when I bring the fact up that he spoke to me walked away and made a call and had to be asked to come over and let me no what was happening it turns out he was on a ll to his mate not deling with the problem he then went from being able to understand what was said till I don't understand at this point Isaid I'd take it up with head office and now he walks away all I got was rudeness by with time the pizza is cold and I was well put off so I will never order from this hole again

They need to start making it that u can give 0 to - 5 because giving them a 1 start is well over what...

Tuesday - 8.24pm ordered online. No show by 9.10pm so phoned, told driver left 20 minutes ago. I live 8 minutes drive away. Pizzas arrived at 9.25pm, 35 minutes after the driver left the store (an hour after ordering). Driver was surly and rude as well. Phoned to complain as pizza was also cold. They are refunding me and sending out my order again, which is good, however I have now been waiting for 30 minutes since that phone call.... not impressed at all. We do not order often either this was meant to be a wee treat. 2 stars for the refunding and re-ordering but it still has not...

Phoned up to ask if cash if accepted in store. Got a brief reply saying no card only. And before I got chance to speak back they hung the phone up. Not happy at all. This cashless society is becoming stupid af .... I mean come on we are not in covid anymore ! Cash is legal tender!! You just lost a sale due to this !

What would have happened if I placed a order for pick up and arrived not knowing it was card only ? And having no card payment on me but cash only ? Would I get refused the food ? This is beyond a joke ! Get...
