absolutely shocking!! so it started when i placed my order they sent the wrong meal. I didn't mind but was slightly annoyed as it was already a little past dinner time. I phoned to ask if they would send me the right thing and they seemed okay with that. 40 minutes later and still nothing, so I phoned back to ask if they were actually coming and was shown nothing but rudeness and aggression. the lady on the phone said it was my fault and that it didn't matter because she was new to the business. Bullshit! I ended the call after the lady began back chatting me.

I ordered food, when I phoned back up to ask when it ill be here a woman ok the phone told me I t was leaving now.

However 35 minutes later ( when I only stay a 5 min drive away) the food is turned up freezing cold. When I called back to complain the woman was extremely rude ans I could hear the chefs shouting in the background back to qhat she was saying. Ordered salt and chilli chips and a curry sauce - the most basic order ever. Gave my BBQ sauce instead, I called back to let them know they had given me BBQ sauce by mistake "lady" on the phone was so rude and was adamant that that was what I asked for saying that she read it back to me, which she didn't as I wanted curry sauce so if she had in fact read back BBQ sauce to me I would have said no I wanted curry sauce.
