Just had an awful chewy bagel with a dollop of cream cheese which was inedible and no suitable excuse given. Just that what I had chosen is usually not cooked well! Actually the bagel was like rubber £4.50 and no refund offered only cake and I’m diabetic! Certainly has reduced my enthusiasm of ever coming again. Wish I had taken a photo because...
