My recent dining experience at Goa restrurent in Dundee,Scotland, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a memorable evening.

The ambience of the restaurant was inviting, with tasteful decor that reflected the rich cultural heritage of India. The aroma of spices filled the air, tantalizing my senses and whetting my appetite.

Now, let's talk about the food. Each dish was a masterpiece in its own right, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs at Gos. The lamb chop was tender and succulent, bursting with flavour from the perfect blend of spices. The lamb curry was a symphony of spices and aromas, leaving me craving for more with every bite.

The fish pakora was a delightful surprise, with crispy batter giving way to tender, flaky fish that practically melted in my mouth. The chicken biryani was fragrant and flavorful, with each grain of rice infused with the essence of spices and herbs.

And let's not forget about the garlic mushroom - a simple yet exquisite dish that perfectly complemented the other bold flavours on the table.

The service at Goa was impeccable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfection.

In conclusion, dining at Goa was a culinary journey through the vibrant and diverse flavours of Asia, especially Bangladesh and India. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to indulge in authentic Bangladeshi and...

So completely and utterly disappointed with tonight’s meal. We have been loyal Goa customers for a very long time. We often order take away, come in for meals and buy vouchers for family members. Ordered our takeaway tonight and my husband drove the 20 minutes from our home to collect it. He arrived home and we found there were items missing. Chips, salad etc We called to advise and were asked if we could come back for them. We said we could but we live 20 minutes away so asked if a fresh curry could be prepared as the original one would be freezing and 40 minutes old by the time we came back home. The man who we spoke to on the phone had a really terrible and argumentative attitude. They point blank refused to provide fresh curries - despite the fact this was their mistake. We were given 2 options - come and pick up the chips and other items we had paid for but they had forgotten and come back to a cold old curry or pay £30 for a curry and eat it with half it missing ?! Basically like it or lump it. Mistakes happen, that is not an issue but as a business you should rectify it. We will not be back. Years of loyalty to be treated like that. Awful. To top it off we told them to leave it - we will make do and not be returning. The rice was all clumped together and chewy and the curry was...

Goa Indian Restaurant at Broughty Ferry has a really nice ambience. It can get busy, even on weekdays, so sometimes you might have to wait a bit to finish your meal, but it’s usually worth it. The food is generally very good and reasonably priced. All the staff are humble and welcoming, making you feel comfortable throughout your visit. There’s a charming guy working there who’s from Bangalore — it’s always nice to see friendly faces like his.

We tried quite a few dishes on our visit. The biryani was fluffy and aromatic, with tender meat and a perfect blend of spices. The soup was rich and flavorful, a great way to start the meal. Anusha really enjoyed the soft, freshly baked rotis that complemented the curries, each with its own unique taste and just the right level of spice. We also had starters like Indian snacks and kebabs, along with warm, buttery naan — everything was full of flavor and had a nice spicy kick. Definitely a great place for authentic...

BEST RESTAURANT Food and service here is absolutely brilliant. The food is top tier, and very accommodating. The service is brilliant, always checking for drinks and water on table etc. You can see from all our empty plates how lovely this was. Each person who came to the meal was asked to describe the experience in one word. The results were: Beautiful Gorgeous Fast service Suuuuperb Sensational Tasty!

I guess the best food for indian experience for cuisine. I am here for a year and in Dundee it is the best. But the catch of this place is it's a bit expensive. But if you can afford it then its good. Suggestions- they should give some discount for students or they should attract students by Black card. Overall experience is nice and the staff is also super friendly.
