Greenhouse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Scotland

Visited this jewel 💎 of a restaurant last week and wow, just like other reviews indicated, it was fabulous ✨ The restaurant is run by couple Debi who was our lovely host and her very talented chef husband Leon. The food was a-ma-zing 🤤😋 we ordered scallops, mussels, ribeye steaks, all 100% fresh local produce. All finished off with a refreshing lemon posset and sweet sticky toffee pudding (minus the ice cream due to milk intolerance). We savoured every single mouthful and cannot recommend it highly enough. Only suggestion to anyone wanting to try this restaurant is to book in advance to guarantee your place. While we were there for our meal 8 people were turned away due to being fully booked. That’s how popular this restaurant is, and deservedly so. Well done to this fab team! For anyone with mobility issues there’s one step down into the restaurant and then there are two small tables only a few steps away, then a step up too a bigger area with more tables. Debi was wonderful and very supportive and patient with me managing the step...

Wow! This restaurant gets 5 star from me. Its a cosy family run restaurant with mouthwatering food. The staff/owners are friendly helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and dog friendly. We visited this place on the off chance there was space. We was very lucky to be booked in. We ordered our food and staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was out of this world. I am such a foodie and normally quite critical as I love to cook myself. Not one fault with the food served. Fully enjoyed and was full of flavour. We enjoyed it so much that we booked for next evening, as we was on a weekend break. I had already chosen what I wanted to eat the next day. We both order smoked haddock mornay. It was delicious and full of flavour. The quality of the food was truly excellent. If you get chance to eat here then book first to save disappointment of them being fully booked. It's a hidden gem of Cupar. Thank you to you all and will definitely be returning...

The Greenhouse Bar & Grill is a great place to eat, the food is excellent, they catered for my friend who is gluten free and got a small plater of bread and veg and fruit for the wee one, the cartering is top notch, Debbie was a amazing host very thoughtful and on the ball, she immediately brought us a highchair for the wee one and cleaning supplies for any toys that we wanted to use. The wee dogs in the place are a treat, so cute!. The only thing I would bring up is the menu, as I am dyslexia I found it slightly hard to read and choose what I wanted as it wasn't easy to read, just a thought you could make the different options in bold and have the ingredients and description underneath turning the menu into easy read format.
