Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

I went in about midday today the shop wasn’t busy, there was only 1 family choosing sandwiches and drinks , the lady said to me just go on we are still choosing, so I went to the till and the assistant said , it’s not your turn that family was before you I said they told me just to go ahead as they were still choosing, assistant said you will still have to wait as they were here first , the gentleman said we told her just to go ahead , the assistant sighed shrugged her shoulders and said right then , I was so embarrassed I am in greggs quite a lot and never been treated like that before, she was really in need off some staff training. Popped in here today for a quick bite and a coffee. First time in the place and will be reluctant to go back. Found the place dirty. Tables not wiped. Floor underneath tables dirty with discarded food and not swept. Wet floor sign lying in main customer thoroughfare a metre from shop doorway and watched a male member of staff walk straight past it. I ask you - wheres the pride in the place you work and serve the public....

Greggs Kirkcaldy retail park. A bit of a queue as I waited to place my order,t but another staff member stepped in and that allowed quicker customer flow. I had a coffee and one of the famous sausage rolls, the coffee was good and the sausage roll was ok. The place was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant but it's definitely not somewhere I would choose to sit in for a while. Will I go again? Very likely but not on a...
